This policy describes how MoMa Lab collects, uses and protects the personal data of users who visit the momalab.ch website ("the Site") and who use the contact form available on it.

Data collected
The Site collects users' personal data in two ways:
- Data provided voluntarily through the "Contact & Consultation" form: full name, email address, and the content of the message sent.
- Data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, according to the preferences expressed in the cookie banner shown on first visit (see the "Cookies" section below).
The Site does not require account creation and does not collect payment data.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
Data provided through the contact form is processed solely to respond to the request for information or a consultation sent by the user. The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), or MoMa Lab's legitimate interest in responding to requests received.
Data collected through cookies is processed on the basis of the consent given by the user via the dedicated banner, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Storage methods and retention period
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to MoMa Lab's email inbox and retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, and for a further reasonable period for correspondence archiving purposes, unless the data subject requests earlier deletion.
Third-party services used
To ensure the Site's operation and security, we rely on the following third-party services, which may involve a transfer of data:
- Google reCAPTCHA — used to protect the contact form from automated submissions and spam. The service may collect information such as IP address and browsing behaviour. For more details, see Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Hosting — the Site is hosted on Infomaniak infrastructure, a provider based in Switzerland.
Cookies
The Site uses technical cookies, necessary for its operation, and — subject to consent — third-party cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie banner visible on the Site.
Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
